Start Your Day with Intention
Set a daily intention to guide your day. It doesn’t have to be big—just something meaningful, like choosing peace or connecting with loved ones.
Pair it with your morning routine (hello, coffee lovers ☕) to make it a habit.
Practice Grounding Techniques
Use the 5-4-3-2-1 technique to bring yourself back to the present moment. Identify 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste.
Perfect for moments of anxiety or stress.
Move Your Body Every Day
Gentle movement like stretching, yoga, or even a 10-minute dance session can work wonders.
Check in with yourself: Do you need to release energy (hello, running!) or relax (yoga, anyone?).
Practice Mindful Breathing
Take 2-3 minutes to focus on your breath. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, and exhale for 6.
This simple practice can lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, and calm your nervous system.
Limit News & Social Media Consumption
Constant exposure to negative news and social media can heighten anxiety. Set boundaries!
Designate specific times to check updates and use app blockers or timers to limit scrolling.
