It's not a secret how much I love yoga. It's been in and out of my life for a while now and it's always had such a powerful and healing effect on my life.
Today I'm talking to my special guest, Heather Blackmon.
Heather is a yoga teacher with a background in dance, endurance racing, strength training, and nutrition – you’ll find her teaching style blends what she's learned from all these movement practices to create classes that are a little different and a lot of fun!
