Hello All,
In this episode I share with you my experience over a span of years, transitioning to a plant-based diet. I share with you my experiences in the changes I made, and how it affected me physically and mentally.
Also, I share why I decided to make the switch and if I have any regrets...NOT.
If you've been thinking about adding some plant-based options to your diet or making the complete transition I believe this episode will be very helpful to you.
Some of the benefits I experience:
Increased energy.
Excellent health.
Increased empathy.
Better hair, skin, and nails.
A wonderful community of like-minded friends.
Better recovery time in between workouts.
It's been an interesting ride and very beneficial.
I consider nutrition to be a deep-level self-care practice because of all the positive ways it can have an effect on the many different areas of your life.

Hello All!
Now I know when I say decluttering your first thought might be cleaning out all the closets, getting rid of old clothes, and cleaning out that all so famous junk drawer. And yes, this is decluttering and it is one of my favorite kinds.
Today we are not just going to be talking about decluttering space but also decluttering your mind and your processes.
When we declutter our mind, space, & processes we reduce stress and can actually create more time for ourselves.
In today's episode, I'll talk more about decluttering your mind, space, and processes.
I'll share some really creative ways to do this and give you an action step to get started!
Please Follow, share, and leave a review if it feels aligned, and definitely reach out to me on Social Media!

We all have those times in our lives when we feel stuck, stagnant, and uninspired.
You could feel a bit lost and not know how to move forward. All you do know for sure is you don’t want to stay where you’re at right now.
This is a starting point to help kinda jumpstart you getting unstuck, reconnecting with yourself, and to move forward with purpose.
Let’s do this! Here are the 12 steps we cover inside the episode:
Acknowledge your starting point - If we want to get to a new destination we need a starting point and a destination kinda like you’re using a GPS. Let’s take a closer look at where you are starting and acknowledge how far you’ve come so far.
Revisit what brings you joy - Let’s get down to the nitty-gritty of what has made you happy all through your life.
Create a path where you feel lit up - Examine when you feel in flow when you feel good.
Eat Real Food - Get started with eating things without labels and all the added crap that makes us feel like crap.
Add In Movement - Learn about what type of movement feels good to you and start adding it in slowly to your daily life.
Get outside every day - Reconnecting with yourself becomes a lot quicker and easier when we connect with nature every day.
Connection - Be purposeful about who you're connected to and make a point to connect with them more.
Self-Care - Learn how to add self-care into your life daily and how to create the space for it.
Love yourself unconditionally - Love and accept yourself exactly as you are now while still always wanting to be the best version of yourself.
Focus on progress, not perfection - Learn to move forward before you're ready.
Gratitude - Create a daily gratitude practice.
Take action - Learn how to take action, and create momentum, results, and solutions.
I know this is a lot of info. This is also just a starting point. Some of you might only need one of these things, some of you might need all, take what you need and leave behind the rest.
I have an e-book I created that goes a bit deeper with journal prompts and affirmations to help you along the way. It’s free for you and when you grab it you’ll receive some daily email accountability to keep you moving forward.
Grab it >>HERE<<
Remember to add deep-level self-care into your life daily.
I hope this episode was healing for you, definitely grab the E-Book, and please subscribe, share, & drop me a great review if it feels aligned.

Welcome Back!
In This Episode of the Soul Aligned Self-Care Podcast, we are talking about some of the ways we can really start to not only take care of ourselves at a high level but also treat ourselves and have some fun with it.
You see a lot of us spend most of our time taking care of everyone else for most of our adult lives. Our significant other, kids, friends, our parents, just about everyone we love, and then some.
Some of us even take pride in being this selfless.
But the sad truth is, that if you're not caring for yourself at least at this same level then you will burn out, get overwhelmed, and it will even show up in your body as dis-ease if you do this for an extended amount of time.
Another negative side effect of being selfless is that after focusing on everyone else's well-being for so long and not your own, you lose yourself, you forget what you want and like in life. You feel a bit lost and sometimes stuck.
So today I’m asking you to consider some of the things we do for these special people in our lives, what we do when they come to visit when we make dinner for them and all the special little things we do for them. I made a short list of ten simple things. I want you to start doing these things for yourself, some of them every day. But if this is a new concept for you start out small with one thing today, see how good it feels, and then keep going.

Setting boundaries might sound a bit confrontational or limiting.
But Actually, it can be very expansive and kind.
it’s also what I think is one of the most important forms of self-care/self-love and can help you live your life more fully being authentically yourself.
What exactly is a boundary? A boundary is a limit we set around what we consider acceptable and unacceptable behavior.
What we will do or not do, accept, and tolerate.
A boundary is very personal, it has nothing to do with another person. It is our own setpoint for what is acceptable in our life and it is our responsibility to set and maintain them and no one else's. If you feel someone has stepped over one of your boundaries it’s because you let it happen. It is not someone else's job to uphold and respect our boundaries, it’s our job.
If you set a boundary and don’t hold to it then you will send the message that no one else has to respect it either.
We teach people how to treat us. It’s really about taking care of yourself and setting those standards. You’re letting the whole world know what your standards are.
While some may be similar to other people some are very specific to you and you are in charge of what they will be, 100% of the time If you’re feeling like you're not being treated right and maybe you’re feeling resentful this is a sure sign that you need to set some boundaries. A lot of times we might agree to do something, or be and act a certain way just to please someone else, or to not anger someone. This will usually bring up feelings of resentment for the activity or the person.
This is not a great place to be if you’re trying to be the best you in the world.
Learning to set and uphold boundaries protects your energy by saying yes to things that bring you joy and saying no to things that don’t. You have every right and I would say it’s your obligation to do this for yourself because no one else will.
On today's podcast, learn 5 ways to get started.
As I promised on the podcast, here is the link to learn more about the Aligned & Worthy Bootcamp where you can go deeper into these deep-level self-care practices.

Something I come across quite often when working with people and with myself is how can we all just stop being so hard on ourselves?
How can we stop judging ourselves?
Well, the first step is to just be aware. While this may sound simple, it’s not an easy thing to do. However, once you start to really notice it will become a habit.
A lot of us just let these negative judgments and thoughts fly through our subconscious without care.
But I want you to stop and think about if someone was saying what you say to yourself to one of your children, a good friend, or a significant other, would it be okay?
I think we all know the answer to that question, hell no!
So the new normal you need to create is that it's not okay to talk to yourself this way either.
Why should you care? Why is this important? Well for many really good reasons.
Our words have power. The things we say and feel are what create our reality. So if you want to create a too good to be true reality how would you talk and treat yourself?
You would treat yourself the same way you treat the people you love.
When we do this we show others what is acceptable to us, we show them how we want to be treated.
So if you haven’t heard it in a while let me say it. You’re amazing and you deserve the absolute best of everything. End of story.
How do we get there though?
In this week's podcast, episode 004 we talk more about this and I'll talk about this really cool trick I learned to get you started. Also, it doesn't just help you, it helps others too. Double bonus.

Every single thing in the world has a certain vibration and to put it super simple, some things are high vibe, and some are low vibe, and then there are a bunch of different vibrations in between. So why should we want to vibrate at a high vibration? Because this is when we feel great, we are feeling ease and flow in our lives. Like attracts like so when we feel things like happiness joy passion that's what we will attract.
Sounds good to me. right?
Now, I understand, that we can’t be super positive all the time. We have ups and downs throughout our lives and when we feel something we need to feel it, experience it, and then process it. I talked about this in more detail last week on the podcast in episode 2 so if you have not checked it out definitely do so.
The key is not to stay there and keep repeating the negative thought or feelings in your head and body. If we experience something crappy we need to feel it, process it, and then maybe learn from it or adjust our path and then move forward.
Have the mindset that every experience is here to teach us or adjust our path so we can learn and expand as we live our lives
When you can get here, you will start to live with greater clarity, peace, and joy and handle different emotions with ease and grace.
Today on the podcast we will cover 6 easy ways you can raise your vibration.
I hope you enjoy this week's episode and as always, be sure to add some deep-level self-care into your life daily.
Here are the books I talked about in this episode:
A Happy Home by Patricia Lohan
Positively Wealthy by Emma Mumford
Stress Less Accomplish More by Emily Fletcher
Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg
That's a lot of great books, I'm a book whore. I just cannot get enough of them.

I'm sure that you've heard of all the different ways to help destress yourself.
Meditation, journaling, EFT tapping, movement, yoga, and so many more.
Different things work for different people when you're experiencing different emotions.
In this episode, we talk about how to find what works for you when you're experiencing different emotions like stress & anxiety, anger, and sadness.
When you learn what works for you and you can master your emotions, you can begin to respond to difficult situations in your life instead of reacting.
When you can do this you become more in flow with your true self and can have a better life experience.
Sounds awesome right?
Let's get to it.

Episode 001
“How these deep-level self-care practices saved my Life”
Hello, my name is Tina Stinson and I'm your host on the first Soul Aligned Self Care Podcast
A little bit about myself, I'm a certified Holistic Health & Spiritual Life Coach
Certified Culinary Nutrition Educator specializing in Plant-Based Whole Food Eating, Yum right!
I love to focus on Mindset, Deep Level Self Care, Manifestation
In this episode, I talk about how I went from a beyond stressed-out single mom of three to, having a stroke at 39, and what I learned while I was recovering.
I'll share with you some of the deep-level self-care practices I focus on to keep me in an optimal state of health.
What I hope to share with you on all the future podcast episodes is how you can implement these same practices into your life so you don't reach a point of DIS-ease in your body as I did.
Some of the takeaways:
Being healthy is never just about one practice (EX. Exercise. Eating Well) it's about looking at all the areas of your life and giving yourself the best care you can at that moment.
Being open to new things and having a growth mindset, one that's changeable, is very important when you want to make big changes for awesome results.
Always take care of yourself at the highest level so you can put the best version of yourself out in the world for yourself and your loved ones.
So I know I might have been a bit dramatic with the title of this episode.
What I know for sure is, Deep down these practices can save lives and improve lives, and that's why I’m still here, to share them with you.
In the following episodes, I will do my best to share the most useful and accurate information I have on these topics so I can help you reduce your stress levels, improve your mindset and health, and manifest your dreams!
Lots of love and care, talk soon.
